The Samuel’s Science Curl Stretching Set is designed to reduce curl for 4A-4C hair by 50%-90% by using a naturally occurring amino acid. Sulfur (think of a hot spring) is the key ingredient that allows for reshaping of the hair by re-forming the core bond in your strands that creates hair shape.

The Science of Samuel’s Science : Sulfur and Amino Acids
Samuel’s Science has developed a unique, nature-inspired hair care technology that is currently awaiting patent approval. Our innovative product harnesses the power of a naturally occurring amino acid, enhanced with two sulfur molecules. Sulfur, a mineral celebrated for its therapeutic qualities in hot springs, is the key to our product's effectiveness.
When heated, these sulfur molecules create new bonds within the hair, subtly reshaping your strands and gently relaxing curls. This process is markedly different from traditional hair relaxers, which aggressively break down the hair's natural structure, often leaving it overly straight and lifeless. Such relaxers typically use highly alkaline substances that can damage the hair and even burn the scalp if not used carefully. In contrast, our method offers a gentler and more natural approach to hair styling.
How it Works
Step 1: Wash and Apply Cream
Wash and conditioner your hair, then apply our Curl Stretching Serum and leave on for 1 hour.
Step 2: Blow Dry and Straighten Hair
Blow dry hair straight, and then flat iron at 200 degrees C. Do not rinse out serum and leave in hair overnight (or for 8 hours)
Step 3: Wash and Wear
Wash hair again with the Samuel’s Science shampoo and see the results! Your newly stretched curls will be wash-and-go ready for up to 4 months.
